Gilbert Aldaz is the principal for Applied Engineering & Surveying, Inc. Gilbert has 30 years experience practicing as a registered Professional Engineer and registered Professional Land Surveyor. Gilbert is very familiar with the City of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County development requirements and processes along with other municipality requirements throughout the state of New Mexico.
